President

Todd Garrison is President of TRG. He has over thirty years’ leadership experience in human resources, talent management and strategic recruiting. He has substantial plastics recruiting experience, an expansive network, and is known as a premier recruiter within the industry. Before starting TRG in 2021, Todd was a co-founder and led another successful executive search firm within the plastics industry.


As a niche recruiting firm, Todd and the TRG team specialize in executive search and direct placement of technical sales, engineering, manufacturing management and leadership positions. The firm is a strategic recruiting partner to thermoplastic resin makers, processors, converters, and distributors across the industry.

      Gem Anonuevo has more than six years of experience in recruiting across multiple industries, 

      including plastics, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and tech. She has successfully filled roles ranging from

      entry-level positions to executive leadership, with a strong focus on delivering quality candidates who make a

      lasting impact.

 

      Gem understands the hiring needs of both clients and candidates and is well positioned to help companies find top

      talent. She has a proven track record of using strategic sourcing methods and advanced recruitment tools to

Julia knows the industry and is well positions to help employers find impact talent. She has a track record of matching high performers with career making job opportunities.

 

Julia resides in southern Indiana with her husband and four children. She enjoys long distance running, cooking and any live music.

Karen Camu is our Recruiting and Marketing Specialist for TRG. She has over ten years of experience in sales, recruiting, and administrative operations. She is skilled in content creation, managing newsletters, marketing and recruitment efforts, making her a key member of our team.

 

Karen’s enjoys her role because it allows her to combine her passion for marketing with her expertise in recruitment, helping her team achieve growth and operational excellence.

 

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her partner for 12 years and their three children—two sons and a daughter. Family events and creative activities together are some of her greatest sources of joy.
