Lead the day-to-day operations of a Color Design Laboratory supporting plastics color matching, product development, and manufacturing scale-up.

Manage and develop a team across three shift operation

Oversee laboratory workflow, project scheduling, color-matching projects while maintaining quality and turnaround expectations

Provide technical leadership in plastics color matching, polymers, extrusion, injection molding, and manufacturing scale-up

Drive continuous improvement through productivity enhancements, employee development, and laboratory process optimization

Position is based Wisconsin; relocation assistance is available; plastics color laboratory and leadership experience required
