Field-based technical development role focused on thermoplastic material selection, application development, and new business growth with OEMs and injection molders.

Identify and develop new OEM, molder, and application opportunities throughout the Western U.S.

Apply broad thermoplastics knowledge to material selection, sampling, mold trials, application development, and commercialization

Strong polymer/material expertise and practical injection molding/process troubleshooting experience required

Must be a proactive, customer-facing self-starter comfortable prospecting, building new relationships, and supporting business development

Southern California location strongly preferred; requires frequent field travel throughout a large Western territory
