General Manager role with responsibility for the financial, operational, and organizational performance of a growing plastics manufacturing operation.

Lead plant operations, P&L performance, and a team of approximately 50 employees

Drive continuous improvement, capacity growth, cost reduction, and operational performance

Strengthen plant leadership, accountability, KPIs, and manufacturing systems

10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience; strong financial and business acumen required

Thermoplastics extrusion, compounding, blending, or related process-manufacturing experience strongly preferred
